Career

I am 16 and I live in Letchworth Garden City and I have just completed my GCSE’s at the Highfield school. Next year I am doing my A levels which consist of Maths, Design Technology, Physics and A2 ICT.

Past

I have always been a fan of F1 and all types of motorsport and when I was 8 I started racing at my local indoor track. I had some promising results there and then after 18 months a group of us from the indoor track moved to  MSA racing. I competed for 3 years at club level racing and for Christmas my parents entered me into Stars of Tomorrow in 2007. It was a great learning year for me and I was rewarded with 11th place and Rookie of the Year as everyone ahead of me had competed in national racing before. In 2008 I entered the series again and I have made a big mark in the Championship with some very successful results including 5 top 5 positions at PFi (Grantham), Rowrah (Cumbria), Whilton Mill (Northampton), and Shennington X2 (Bambury). The highlight of my year so far was my drive at the Ginetta Kartmasters GP. I drove from 27th to 3rd against the countries best. This drive was spotted by the judges and I was then awarded with Junior Driver of the Day which is my finest achievement.

Present

2009 bring new challenges to my career. Having not secured the buget for Junior Ginetta and advice from people who have been in a similar situation we have decided to step up to the Senior Rotax Max Class and stay in karting for a few more seasons as well include some test days in sportcars which are still to be confirmed. I will now be the little kid amoung all the big boys as the Senior Max age group is 16+ but i plan to be the little kid making the BIG  impressions. We are going to enter the HKRC Club championship to gain experience in Senior Max again on the superb new Biesse chassis and have the best support from Kestrel Kart. Also we will take part in the Kart Masters British Grand Prix and the Abkc 0 Plate Championship to race the countries best.

Future

In the future I want to go from Ginetta racing into preferably “Tin top” racing either touring cars or GT racing as I enjoy watching this type of racing and I want to be a part of it in the future. My ultimate ambitions would be to be WTCC champion and to win the Le Mans 24hours.
